Hi, I’m Gail Zona, the founder of Learn AI for Biz.

I’m a longtime tech exec turned small business owner, and now your go-to AI strategist. I hold an MBA, spent 11 years at Broadridge Financial helping financial services firms solve complex challenges, and was part of several venture-backed startups where I led product, client success, and operations teams. Later, I launched and ran my own handcrafted gift business—so I understand both sides of the business world: high-performance corporate settings and the realities of solopreneur life.

I started Learn AI for Biz to help professionals like you use AI in ways that are practical, personalized, and actually useful. Since launching, I’ve trained over 700 professionals—through Mini Sessions, group workshops, and live events—and spoken at organizations like SCORE and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Most of my clients aren’t tech experts. They’re financial advisors, real estate pros, and small business owners who want to save time, reduce overwhelm, and grow—but don’t want to waste hours learning complicated tools. I meet you where you are and help you get results fast.
